New Delhi:
A large group of civil services aspirants protested outside Parliament today to demand an increase in the number of attempts for the exam.
Police in the area were caught by surprise when nearly 100-200 students, carrying placards and raising slogans, marched towards the main gate.
As a security alert was sounded, the gate was closed and the main entry radial was blocked by a bullet proof vehicle.
Armed CRPF men then took position and the police meanwhile dispersed the protesters.
Entry of a group larger than four is not allowed in the area where the protest took place.
